i'm not super familiar with the megaman universe...especially not this version of megaman. zero makes for a cool new minimate though.

iron man

there are so many iron man mates to choose from, but this armor is my personal favorite so far

captain america

DST has been knocking the captain america figures out of the park since way back in wave 5. this one is currently my favorite version of him, but we have a slew of new cap mates headed our way in wave42 and TRU wave12, so we'll see if they can top the classic heroic age cap.

gambit

it took us a long time to get a gambit minimate produced, but he was well worth the wait

rogue

such an amazing minimate. i love all the little details that they are giving mates now. this rogue is miles apart from the first one we got. i chose rogue to end the week in honor of my wife's birthday (rogue, being one of her favorite characters)

transformation venom

i love that DST gave us two faces for eddie brock and transformation venom is an excellent mate. i just prefer the first venom head to any of the newer ones

wild man from borneo

cable is a lot of things - x-man, soldier, time traveller, father, son, leader - but mostly he's awesome.

enter magneto

the new magneto from the marvel vs capcom line is amazing. i love the new helmet and cape. i switched his head, arms, legs and t piece from the villains box set magneto to better match the style of my 90s x-men, though.

i go where i wanna go

wolverine actually said this three times in the first two episodes of the 90s cartoon. i'm loving the the max jet. it reminds me of a mini blackbird

deadpool with no head

i was finally able to get a deadpool thanks to the awesome new marvel vs capcom 3 minimates. i scored two sets and a max jet last weekend, so expect to see some of the new figures next week!
